Returns

Please ensure you know your accurate ring, neck or wrist size prior to ordering. See “sizing” in the frequently asked questions section of our about page for sizing advice.

Refunds and Exchanges- General Returns

Contact northernforestsilver@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with the reason for your return. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery & pieces must be in original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact me if issue arise with a piece and I will do my best to provide a repair/exchange if possible. Depending on the piece, it may not be able to be repaired and with most pieces being one of a kind there may not be a piece to exchange it with. See the FAQ section of this website regarding proper care and wearability of my work.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is available at buyers expense and can be added on to an order in the “Shop” section of this website. If insurance is not purchased and your order arrives damaged I am not responsible for issues resulting from shipping and will not provide a refund.
